When ever I try to book cab it will take almost 1 hour in morning times. Auto driver cancels the ride after accepting. Very very very much unhappy for this. So I have given 2 stars.

I take ride Today on 03/03/2023 at 9:16AM from Guruteg Bahadur Road my Location to Railway Station and Fare Price was 220 Estimate and When I reched Location Your Driver didn't Complete Ride, I don't know why, He want to make more money and He was using uber also from another phone and didn't came on the car whose details were showing while booking. he droppeed us at the station with in 20-30 mins but complete the Ride after 2.5 Hours, so my Ride charges reaches up to 928 total Fare.

Worst app ever. I paid twice the price fair because of the drivers payment app issue. The customer service is the worst. I can't even write to them easily about my issues

Pathetic, disgusting, drivers asks for extra money other than amnt shown in dashboard of app. After complaining they never take the matter seriously and don't take any action and don't give my money back.

Ola was good safe ride but the driver I have many issue my father suffer from ha stroke ha I book the ola it emergency the driver argue then I say plz help the driver not come same 2 also it's doesn't ha sense I want ola aurgenty no pick up and cancel the trip many the driver behavior was not.......................

Very bad experience with ola... Driver demands extra cashes.... If you are in hurry don't use this bcz driver cancel ride after knowing destination....👎👎👎

Had a terrible time with Ola driver Dhaval P Virpariya on 5/3 at Ahmedabad airport around 4:30pm. After a few hundred metres, he stopped at an isolated corner and asked for an extra 150 Rs as parking charges and 90 Rs as toll tax. I told him that these are part of the fare but he didn't agree. He didn't move for some 20 minutes, and wouldn't cancel the ride. It was very scary and I pressed the emergency button, but nothing happened. Finally I had to pay an extra 100 Rs.

This is not trusted app while driver canceld the ride and i have been charged for several times and no cx care also.
