App fault since update
Since the latest update of the app I now find that it does not operate correctly. The app pics up the signal from the brush but when the brushing cycle is complete the app displays themessage ‘brushing paused' and stays in that state indefinitely. The only way to exit is to fully close the app. It was working fine until the update.

The brush, a 2018 Triumph Pro, does not connect through Android since last app update. Works on partners iOS but takes minutes rather than seconds. The Animation to connect (the blue swirl) is stuck on "found brush"....very disappointing update and I can no longer change brush routines.

I can't let the brush tell me the 30 seconds for each quadrant. The previous brush did it automatically.

Poor readability
Well, the app does what it should and works very well so far. Only an alternative color mode should be added. It's really bad when you clean and then have to look closely at the display, where there is still a faintly glowing element. Red to green would be 100 times better.

Good app but buggy of late
This is a good app for at least tracking healthy brushing habits. However, lately a countdown timer, just stops at 30 seconds even though the brushing cycle has finished.

Without a location, nothing works anymore. Thank you for wanting to know where I like to brush my teeth - such! This gives 1 star and the app is uninstalled

Very disappointing. I cannot get it to register any brushing on the left side. I reckon it isn't designed for lefthanders!

At first everything worked out well. Until you change your smartphone. There is no way to reconnect the IO Sense to the new phone. The pairing instructions in the app are a joke: e.g. "Press the power buttom of the brush." - Does it have to be off or on? Short or pressed? How do I disconnect the old phone? Is probably my last brush from Oral B if the manufacturer does not act quickly!
