Payment not working
Every time I "double click"ed on the button that it tells me to after tapping place order, it just takes me back to the page that says place order. I had to call, and when I said $2.70 for the tip amount (an amount suggested in the app), the voice said Ok I have added two dollars for the tip, so I had to call back and round it up to 3 because I guess it can't handle cents. Also, I don't know if I earned any rewards, since I had to call instead of doing it through the app!

Couldn't find a way to enter my address for a delivery order after creating a new account. I had to order using the website.

Doesn't work. I added to my order and my order still shows nothing in it. Restarted my device too... Still broken

No way to track your order which honestly makes the app pointless. Better to just go to the local papa johns and at least have your order in your hand rather than waiting almost a hour for your order and not knowing where it is

Tried 8 different occasions to order thru the app. NEVER works. I have to call the 800# so no rewards, can't talk to the store, usually order isn't right. Tonight app won't even open. And Yes I have deleted & reinstalled it. I have no issues with any other apps.
