Incorrect location poor cust service
When I type in ADDRESS_REMOVEDNew York NY the app stated that the closest garage was ADDRESS_REMOVEDand less than a one minute walk. ADDRESS_REMOVED And ADDRESS_REMOVED 22 blocks is not a one minute walk. I chose what was closest garage because of a disability I have, and I have trouble walking. Unfortunately, I could not cancel the reservation I made. at 1100 because it was past the 630 arrival time. After the first message, I said they requested additional information and asked if I parked in the garage I had chosen on the app. When I respond it that I found parking near my other location. They asked for a copy of the parking garage receipt. I replied I parked at a meter and told them the cost and that the meter did not give a receipt. I have heard nothing from them since then, despite asking for updates twice. At this point, I switched to competitors app.

Paid for parking and it doesn't show up under my parking. Also no way to look up parking pass number

Couldnât find my prepaid garage!
The GPS in my car certainly found the exact address of your garage as listed; however the entrance wasnât there. Because of time constraints, we searched as much as we could before having to park at another lot. Paid double!

I give it 0 stars cause it cost more in the app then to park at any lot. I parked in the lot for 2 days in a row. The first day I parked for 7.5 hours it cost $24 then today parked in same lot for 6.5 hour and it cost $26

Overpriced, didnât work
I could have parked in the parking garage for much cheaper, but I had already paid parkwhiz the night before. The app let me in fine but wouldnât let me out. I had to check with two different attendants and then re-park, get out and go into a shopping center to talk to someone there, and then come back out and still couldnât get out. I ended up having to put my emergency lights on in the exit lane and get out to walk to the parking office for them to let me out. This took like a half hour in total. I tried to call to tell them what happened but no one answered. I wonât use parkwhiz again.

Save yourself from a lot of stress
Waste of time. It took me ten minutes to exit the parking structure because the ticket scanner didnât recognize the bar code I got from the app. I had to call for help and, even though I got a quick response, it took the person a good ten minutes to âresolve the issue,â even though I supplied proof of payment. Use them to find parking garages but not to pay for parking.

Prices and time switch up when paying. I won't be using this anymore. Whenever I tried to extend time for same day, it kept giving me higher prices for the next morning. I did not need it that long and now I out of $30.
