Cannot search and book hotels within the app. Connects you to a web browsing app to work with their website, which is mildly cell phone friendly

No card for digital wallet
My card is under my Mom's account even though I make all the payments. I downloaded the app to have my AAA card in my digital wallet, but it only shows the primary under “My cards”, plural. One would think it should show the CARDS, not CARD.

App wrongly tracks events like hard breaks and impacting driving score. Don't understand one thing, these insurance companies encourage avoiding accidents by hitting breaks or encourage having accidents rather. With no indications by front drivers are we suppose to avoid accidents or have accidents.

It needs to update better. Also it never allows my debit card on file to auto pay. I always have to go in and manually pay. But the AAA auto club came out just fine. It's weird it's been going on for a while my insurance guy is not very helpful. I'm about over AAA hell I get road side and other percs with My Honda lease ..
