Frustrating
Every time I login the app asks me to set up a pin and to allow face identification. I do it every time, close the app and the next time I use it I go through the same routine again! Otherwise the app appears easy to use and intuitive

Tried to create new account. Says I have one already. Tried to reset password, several times, no email. Eventually found a way in. Tried to book a GP, after hitting confirm it loops back to the same page over and over again without telling me why. I'm on a SME plan, yet it's trying to charge me £45 to book. If I was on a personal plan it charges £39. For an app that deals with medical issues, this is actually appalling.

They cancel your appointments last minute
I'm on a repeat medication of Tamoxifen, a cancer prevention drug. Need to get more of my prescription and they cancelled on me last minute. And gave no explanation. Why I need to book an appointment to renew my repeat prescription is immensely inconvenient, but especially when cancelled on last minute

Good Quality Service
Improvements to the app are required eg allow patients to select a double time appointment to allow sufficient time to discuss complex medical conditions

App no longer works with my account and I cannot register my son. Despite reaching out to support over the span of a year nothing has been done.

Used to be good. Before COVID I used to be able to book appointments the next day, now it's not before 3-4 days and the last one I had the doctor didn't even want to prescribe medications.

Mostly good, but occasionally experiences random errors, especially with repeat prescriptions. This is a good app and the business idea behind Babylon/GP at hand is still great! it just needs some refining and debugging
