Very functional and works great most of the time. Android system thinks the app crashes whenever I use Zelle (especially when sending to someone new). I found the workaround is to keep the app running by telling Android system to keep waiting instead of allowing it to shutdown the app.

Password barrier
Whenever I try to login, I have to change the password and that takes three or four tries. At this point. I am ready to switch my account to any other bank.

The app is laid out very well but the only draw back in my opinion is you can't transfer money between your external bank accounts

Ads /offers require a way to get rid of, hide, disable. The app is almost unusable without this. Navigation sucks!
