I can see what they were going for with this, and it works ok if you just want to be able to see your balance, but most of the more fancy features, or anything beyond that, are broken. The biometric login feature is especially broken, it crashes every time I try to set it up, if I didn't already have a relationship with this bank I wouldn't be trusting then with my money. Tldr, fix your damn app! The thing works like it's held together by a shoelace and a lump year-old bluetack. Missed potential

Two weeks ago the app stopped working. I have contacted Barclays via chat with no success. After being asked to uninstall and install the app over 20 times, being told to turn the phone off and on 20 then being told to contact Barclaycard "why" I don't have a card account.

Contactless payment does not work on my phone . Yesterday my contacless worked on my phone and today is not working , i got in contact with barclays help support and they have told me that they can't help because my phone is to old , so thank you barclays for treating me this way , i will close my account and move to loyds/hsbc as i have got in contact with them and they allow theyre cards to be put on an android wallet app unlike Barclays .

A very poor and embarrassing app. You go to pay via your phone and it keeps on crashing and freezes. Unless it gets sorted, I will have to change banks that has an app that works.

Terrible app, it is constantly crashing and glitching, it's very buggy, was using my app to make contact less purchases for a couple weeks on my s23 ultra and bow it won't allow me to which is a major inconvenience! (1st world problem I know) but when you've been using it for a while you get used to it.

Your website says all over it, "apply for an account in the app", but there is absolutely no option to open an account in the app so far as I can see.
