What have they done ? Trying to put a bet together and can only see a quarter of my screen because you can't wipe the bet off. Used to put the first team in add team to bet then screen would be clear. If I knew how to go back to original I would

Garbage !! New look app is horrendous to navigate . Bring back the old one

Extremely angry! I have just been locked out of my account for 7 days it says. The reason - after being on the chat since 9.30am trying to sort out my free bets that I opted into but never received after placing. I have a monthly limit on my account, created by Betfair (which is working fine for me absolutely fine) I can't enjoy today now as I like to watch the cash outs while the football is on. At least stop deposits for 7 days but not lock me out the entire app 😤

loading is slow

Not used this app for a while until today and had to update it. As soon as I picked any teams, my bet slip filled the bottom half the screen on my phone and I couldn't get it off (could only get it to fill the whole screen) so I'm then looking for other teams in a tiny little window at the top of the screen. Much preferred the old system where your betslip was in the top corner and you clicked it to open it. What an awful app to use now. Avoid.

The worst app you can imagine they only care about taking your money rubbish customer service I will never ever use this app so i won't recommend it to anyone you've been warned 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

New layout is not user friendly, betslip pop out cant be minimized making half the screen redundant. Pressing back doesnt minimise it but takes the background screen back. Cashing out progress bar has been replaced with buffer style line, seems like a step back. Depositing money seems buggy, have to deposit using the desktop site. Positives Quick scroll for different sports on the homescreen is good. App speed has improved generally. Suggestion A most recent list on homescreen would be good
