Worst app. They just take your money. You don't win. You can put 100's of dollars on and never hit anything, switch to different games and still don't hit. They control your winnings. It's a scam people. Do not waste your time and money on here. It's regulated and controlled here.

App is really glitchy yet secure but it's caused me to actually comfirm bets im just entering bet amounts to check pay out. $125 & Nuggs won by 1pt. I was offered %100 match on my deposit. I put in $300- bet all off it within 3 days of the promo & still no match. I should have had $300!for each bet. Oh well Nuggets are on fire & tonight $885 is a good night. Let the app load cause the Live updates... It's very sensitive. I see now to create bet slips. Update this app sucks!!!! App today good!

The app is fine. But I bet $100 for a CBB/NBA promotion to get a $25 credit. When I did not receive the credit I emailed customer service who told me I needed the promo ID. I didn't think to save the promo number. I never even knew that was a thing. Who does that. Done with betmgm after that one.

This app sucks! I'm unable to place my bet because I keep getting an error message about my location not being verified when I'm sitting right on my bed. Get it together. This is ridiculous.
