Not reliable. I sent a transaction, and 8 hours later, it still did not arrive. Now, I need to waste time opening a Locate-a-lost-deposit ticket and sending TXID for my funds to show at this CEX. It says it can take 10-22 business days to hear from them Meanwhile, the price of the coin is going down and not able to trade, losing money and time, not cool. Will not use more.

Scammer...they display lower price as compared to other exchanges but when you buy it "the coins" you will get it terribly expensive!

Be carful
Have used this exchange for a long time and did like it. But got scam wicked out of my futures. Also have friends who have had lots of money randomly frozen on them and not been able to get it back.

Made a mistake by forgetting a memo with a deposit. It's been 4 months later and I still haven't received my deposit. Even with providing a video ( of 20mb!) and screenshots, 3 forms of locating a lost deposit and conversations with the helpdesk. And you can wait for at least 20-40 workdays before you know if a locate a lost deposit has failed. It's just ridiculous

I already send screenshots and videos to proved my concerned and still they don't want to send it back my tokens instead they want video logging in to my wallet. Whats next my seed phrase? If you dont want to refund the token just said it.you just keep reasoning.. -1 star for this app

Bad market price buy or sell system.This is totally bad app.They says To prevent significant price changes dramatically affecting your profitability, we will only match an order with other orders that are +-10% of the current market price (buy market orders up to current market price * 110%, sell market orders up to current market price *90%). Once this price range has been exceeded, the system will automatically halt the order.
