I've been having issues with the app since last year. It doesn't let me sign in nor transfer money online to my other bank account. Can y'all fix it! Please!

I've had this app for years and it's nothing but a bunch of issues and constant hassles. Cutomer service will put you on hold permanently while you're on the phone with them if they don't feel like doing their job that day.

I was extremely happy with this company up until very recently when a company took out unauthorized money from my account I was unable to reach a representative to put in a dispute so I am out $70 I close my account out because I can't trust that yous are going to have my best interest at heart. I called approximately four times waited on hold for well over an hour and was hung up on several times never being able to get a representative to help me it's disgusting how I lost my hard-earned money

What’s going on?????
I've been locked out of my account! I've been on hold every day for 2 weeks only 2 get transferred to someone else every time and the NEVER ANSWER! I can not get the App to work nor Access my money!!!!!! What's going on?????!?!!! You can not lock my account & keep my money!!!!!!!!!!! I want answers!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry app won't even do the bio. Can't use fingerprints to get into the app. Why do you offer this option if it don't work. I am so disappointed with this company/ app. The only app that I have to sign into every single time and when it would set it up the very next time it would be gone and have to try to do it all again this really needs to be fixed.

Full of bugs trying to manage sub accounts or update communication preferences. Choosing to enable sub account for purchases disabled atm and vice versa
