You make it too hard for me to look at my account. I like to keep up with my money, but you people make it almost impossible. I HATE THAT! I can assure you that nobody else is going to try to look at my account. If you don't stop this, I'm going to move my account to another bank.

Good luck depositing checks if you have an android. It almost never picks up the endorsement. You have to do it 3 or 4 times to make it work. This is an update to my original rating. It's worse now. I literally cannot mobile deposit because it never picks up the endorsement. I would include a picture if I could because the endorsement is a stamp and it's crystal clear but every time it says no endorsement detected.

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!! Called today to open an account,nearly spent 3 hours on the phone, having to eSign this and another. Had to upload my ID and SS card. All this to find out ON MY OWN that I wasn't approved. Will be contacting the appropriate authorities to file ID theft charges. Please nobody else try these people. You'll be sorry.

Literally the WORST banking app I've ever used. I tap the fingerprint scanner wrong ONCE and it won't let me try again without signing in manually. Seriously, fix this. I'm really sick of this BS.
