Can't log in even though I have the right info. Tried to reset username AND password by email and received NO emails. Now I'm locked out of my app, don't know what to do. Could log in just fine before needing a "website login", now I can't even reset a password.

Never willing , to help me figure out the issues. Bounced me around,to unemployment,and then,got transfered back. And now I have funds available,and then I lost my card. But, tey won't even discuss anything,nor issue a new one,til I talk to unemployment,because of some block,they put on my card. Frustrated😭

Why in the world they updated the app? They updated it and now I can't even log in using my credentials. I tried adding my card again and let me do it creating a new username and password and then it said it needed more information before I could use my account and it was loading forever and now I can't log in with the new username and password or the old one.

I guess it updated and I have to make a new username and password and it wants to send my code to a number I don't even have
