Do not order online
I have made the mistake of doing it twice now The first time was for vitamins and it took about ten days and I got told in no uncertain terms that I did not need to check if my order was in unless I had a text. In other words do not come into the store The next order on 4 December due on 11th I still have not received by 28th . No notification and I dare not venture in the store and check!! They have had nearly 60.00 of my money and no goods!!

Dire. Tried today and a few months ago to register an account but it just throws an error. Doesn't work whether I try and use the advantage card picked up in store or not. The in app feedback survey even hides the free text box with the keyboard so you can't see what you're typing. Won't be wasting my time with this again.

Doesn't load properly, couldn't place orders. Used to be fab but lots of issues lately. Lots of glitches going on. When basket loads instead of basket it comes up with the word 'Donut' at first.

In the main it is very good! However for many months I have tried to order boots own hyaluronic bundle and everytime it says it is added to my basket it isn't. Phoning customer care tomorrow
