Horrible experience every time I make a shipment they never send me the code or pin to get the deposit I sent so I have already made three shipments and canceled them because the transaction 🤬😠😡🤬 is not completed

They took the money out of my account 2 times and in the end they didn't return it to me
I made a shipment to Santo Domingo, typed something wrong in the shipment and canceled the order (same day, like 1 hour after sending it) I resent the money because I needed to send that money when before and guess!!! The application did not cancel the first payment and the 2 shipments are sent, and there was no way to recover my money and the merchant that I sent the money in rd if I could tell them to return it to me but I am embarrassed to do so and unfortunately I spoke with my bank, they returned the money but a few days later they charged me again so I lost my money, And Boss Money lost a customer

I sent money 3 days ago . My uncle did not receive the code for the transaction. I canceled and still didn't receive the money back. Now they are telling me that my cancelation didn't go through, but he still can't pick the money . I am trying to get it resolved but no success.
