Needs improvement
Worked great for a few orders then stopped. I get to the payment screen and the payment won't process. It's not my bank. I've tried everything. Different internets, locations, uninstall, reinstall, deleting payments, adding new payments. Nothing works. Really disappointed.

Since I started the app, when I go to bbk it won't let me open it and they don't take a pic it has to be the actual app I explain but they don't care. I had to pay full price every time and can't redeem my rewards. So I deleted and it has been 2yrs since I haven't been there. U til last month and the family deal that was $12.99 is now $32.00 are they out of their mind? Fogo has a wagyu burger for $9.00 and fresh fries! Can't beat that. Managers are rude and for a sauce, they charge you 35 cents.

For several months now it keeps saying my credit card details are incorrect (they are not). Eating at Burger King a whole lot less because of that.

There's no way to reach support of any use. Still waiting on an order placed 1:55 minutes ago. Just use DD, UE, GH or Postmates. Much more reliable.

I'm frustrated that they no longer inform you of the delivery restaurant prior to you confirming the order. My last few deliveries the app picked the worst BK restaurant in my area and my burger looked like a cafeteria burger and the fries tasted old and were oily. If they don't update the app so I can choose my delivery restaurant then I will no longer order from burger king again.

Contacting support is HELL, the app runs slow and after putting in an complaint about recent orders they gave me a $10 off coupon THAT DID NOT EVEN WORK! If you don't save your credit or debit card to their app they make it impossible for you to order! A stupid warning will keep popping up saying "Sorry an error occurred on our end"! To which it magically goes away when you save your bank information to the stupid app in which I don't want to for privacy and security! It's been happening a lot!
