Freecom 4x, great for music and calls but not sharing music
I love my freecom 4x for listening to music and making calls while riding. However while in intercom mode it drops when I try to share music. It also drops the intercom after trying to share music. This is set up through the app. I have the 4x and my wife has the 4+. Hopefully Cardo can figure out their software. Talking over the intercom seems fine without trying to share music. Big bummer as this was a huge selling point

Not effective
Pairing between units is lost frequently requiring a lot of tampering to reconnect, usually not functional during ride. Music sharing with second rider never worked. Toggle between navigation and intercom doesn't work properly. App enters in conflict with TFT on bike so the pairing with phone must be disconnected from Cardo in order to function properly.

Very bad application I have updated my mobile to the latest version of Android and although I have the mobile connected to the cardo Edge by bluetooth the app does not detect it

Can't use intercom and music together…my passenger either has to be on intercom or music can't use both… plus I have a lot of static… very disappointed only use once a year ago … total pain

Paired but not in app
I can pair my freecom 4+ with the phone but the app wont recognise the device. Reggarding the device: Had multiple issues with wind activating the microphone every 5 seconds. While talking, the voice would ocasionaly have interference (the other helmet had a packtalk slim and reported that issue to me)

With Cardo it is not possible to make a connection so far. However, the Bluetooth connection was successful. But the software Report that there is no connection.

PACKTALK NEO Needs an update and every two by three makes redial and is very annoying for what it costs ... The same 👎👎👎 thing happens to four others I know.

Cardo until connects to phone and will allow music to be played but app will not open and says no device found. This then stops me from connecting my headset to anyone else.

Phone connects to unit but app remains "unconnected" when if finally decides to connect, unit requires update which has to be done using a pc and the cardo updater tool, which also suffers a similar issue. Connect the unit to the pc and the updater app doesn't connect or see it. Super helpful 👍 would recommend. Not.
