Helpful but buggy
Overall this was a great app. Easy to navigate and quite user friendly. My concern lies mostly with the chat feature, which was super buggy. Sometimes it would weirdly double send messages, sometimes it would over notify, and many times it would not work at all.

It's super helpful with the schedule of what's happening on the ship, Menus, Kids activities and your spending account. The chat option works sporadically which sometimes makes it hard to connect with family members within the ship. (I wish this would get fix as I rely on it to connect with my kids while they are at Camp)

Communication
The app was perfect for reservations. But trying to keep in touch with our party of 9 not so much. Messages were either way late or never received until we made port. So this made it very difficult to communicate.

Buggy on top floors
Works, but not well in the serenity area, spa, or fitness center. Sometimes on the 1-3 decks service is spotty and messages don't go through in time

2017 - Amazing app to keep up to speed! Can't wait for the need to use it again! Used in 2023 and there were bugs everywhere. Slow to update, if it did at all. The $5 chat was extremely spotty, we used it to keep in touch with our group and at least half of the messages would not go through or finally deliver hours later. Hopefully it gets better...

It would have been helpful if we had been told about it in advance. We only learned about it by asking other passengers. When we went to dinner the first night we informed the check in person we did not register on line because we we did not know about it. He completely ignored us and walked away. . We finally went to a different person who finally put us on a waiting list. This happened two nights in a row. Finally a young lady who checked us in explained how it worked. We very upset .
