This was the absolute WORST experience I've been through buying anything!! They deserve ZERO stars!!! My delivery was rescheduled 4 times then the employees at the vending machine didn't show up at work the day of my 3rd appointment to open the doors. Then the day of my 4th appointment I get a call saying it'll be another 3 to 6 weeks because the van won't start!!!!! And the refund for me to get something else won't be in for 10 days!!! If you value your sanity you won't purchase from Carvana!!

New update is not processing payments. Normally that works fine it's a pretty great app but I'm not sure but change so now when you try to make a payment it never schedules it you never get a confirmation. I hope this is fixed because other people might not realize that their payments aren't actually going through.

Taking 1 star off because the support is through chatbot .. there is no human support (phone call) available. If you manage to tolerate the chatbot and convince it to route you to human represtantive, you will be able to chat with a human. At times the app crashes in Android and doesn't show all the features that you see via website. But the selling and buying experience is unique and hassle free. I really really liked it.

Was not plasent they lied to me about the car did not put the plates I gave them the paper work for the plates to transferred over was not done lost the paper work of the plates told me nothing they could do. Drop the ball twice three months later had car at dealer for service. N I also had to wait three months to receive registration and going on four months n still haven't received tittle. Caravan didn't do anything to help the issue. All they told me was there was nothing they can do !

Total Rip-off!!! Avoid at all costs!!! They bait you into getting a car and then everything changes! They lie about the down payment that balloons to 10k! Down for a car??? And last but not least they run your credit score twice to purposely lower your score! Should be out of business!!

Regret
Starting to really regret my purchase. It's aggravating that the first thing they made sure to verify was payment but I almost lost my vehicle due to neglectful customer service, my delivery date and time was pushed back 4 times, and yet I still haven't seen my vehicle and it's been over a week. Confused why y'all are so willing to take that down payment but can't even make customers happy. Pathetic and I guess shame on me for trusting your company.

Gave me a car with no a/c. Then, their warranty partner sent me to a shop that didn't fix my problem. Now, I still have no a/c, and live in Arizona. Their partner, SilverRock won't pay to fix the a/c problem.
