A money grab that makes it deceptively tricky for you to unsubscribe. There are no details on how to contact them, just an FAQ. They will charge after your trial period without notification every month, no invoice, no receipt, no email. They'll just happily grab your money even if you never used the app. When you want unsubscribe, the first page makes you believe you did... but no, there's a second one after a long lag! Easy to miss and common issue described on many of the negative comments.

To many bumps
Super workout. But one cannot see number of reps and weight for next exercise during rest time. And the clock stops if you visit another app during rest. Like music or messages. Who need a “coach” who cannot help you with weight, reps and pause?

Zero notifications which is appalling. Had free subscription through cc provider and signed up on website, not the app. Logged in only once but never received any subscription emails so had no idea it was set to auto renewal until charge on my card. I explained the circumstances and they have been the first company I've ever dealt with who refused to refund and it's a whole year. Not a single email from Centr for a year so forgot I even signed up so how would I even know auto-renewal existed?

I've been using it for years now and I feel good. It should be improved on ipad where the app does not go in full screen and the web app works badly

While the app is okay, the support is awful. Make sure to cancel the auto renewal as they don't provide any refund.

It's a great app, and I really enjoyed using it over a year. However I recently discovered I had another email address that was charged the annual amount and I contacted the customer service about it. I believe I used that account to change to a 4 weeks trial but ended up using the one on my phone instead. I understand that the amount for the last year cannot be returned, but for the second charge for 2023 that happened on 21st Feb, they refused to return it due to their terms and services.

Many features as well as the watch are nice but syncing with this app and Fitbit intermittently fails, and constantly asks to reset the watch, which usually doesn't help and takes 20-30 minutes
