Customer service and additional processing fees
My bill is $50 a month and now they're adding $3.50 just to pay my bill online and $1.71 for paper billing. 😡

Cancelling my service
Again and again I am unable to pay with my bank information. 4 months and I have to keep calling customer service and they said sorry it's not working you will have to pay a fee since we have use you debit card. This happened last yr too. I am not sure what deal they have with the payment process company (seems scammy to me) but this is just ridiculous. I am just done. Save yourself the trouble and just get mobile Wi-Fi.

the WiFi is terrible. Newer computer won't log in yet one 10 year old on does. it's just to much to talk about.

the website and app weren't working, so i was unable to sign in to check my bill. It was my first time logging into centurylink. I called customer service and talked to 4 different people, all of them just gave up after 10 minutes and told me to try the next day. once the website finally allowed me to log in,(weeks later) my payment was late. customer service was extremely unhelpful, and the website/app has issues that are not being fixed.

The app worked fine on my S9+. I now have the S20 Ultra, and with that, the latest update was installed. The app will NOT let me sign in. Even with correct credentials. It bounces me back to the "What would you like to do?" page, with the only option being...To sign in. Over and over and over.

Worst company ever! Customer service is a nightmare, a bunch of idiots that have no clue about what they are doing, I have been lied to at every turn and at this point I am canceling service. If you have another option I would highly suggest you take the other option. How freaking hard is it to send a modem? Apparently, they can't figure out how to do it.. does not deserve one star!
