They Lowball the exchange rate...end up losing a significant amount on your purhase... for example, I bought $200 in Litcoin and had $5.00 taken out for fees, which is expected-- high, but within range. However, when they give you the amount of Litcoin that you'll be buying, the amount is 11% lower than what the exchange rate is going at for the current moment. A few % points is maybe understandable, but 11%. It's robbery.

So far disappointing
At this time it's been 24 hours since I made my first transaction and it's still not showing up at the destination. I've contacted support for Changelly and the banking company they use and although they are timely they are not helpful. I've used other apps and the transaction is immediate. I don't know if I will ever see my transaction. I won't use this app again.

Although the application is intuitive there's no option to specify the amount of crypto you require as I have a requirement to send specific amounts so you have to painfully juggle around the currency amount

Purchase and exchange rate is very very high. They charge 10 to 15 % margin in fees when compared to other exchanges. I lose money by paying more for less amount of crypto.
