Poor app
App is slow & letters are all jumbled up, making it difficult to read. I've received 10 calls since booking, wanting to upgrade my services. Very displeased.

Im extremely upset because I requested a seat with my husband. Its his first time traveling. They completely seperated us. So sad. I had absolutely no option to even pay for seating and I booked my reservation well in advance. All that I can hope for now is that one of the passengers are willing to switch seats. I highly doubt it because the other passengers both have window seats. Nobody helped me with this after hours waiting on the line. No options online until it was to late. No seats left.

I have been using the app for years, it was very good, I got the insurance in case of emergency and it happened, I broke my toe. I had to pay to get a refund that took me weeks and they didn't refund the whole thing. They sent me to fight with the 3rd party insurance to get the rest back. Horrible never using this app again. Never recommending this app to anyone, actually encouraging people to not use it unless you are willing to loose your money.

Technical difficulties
The email support they have to assist in your matters is nonexistent they type from a que card and don't care about customer service. I will never buy anything and tell everyone I know to do the same.
