Disappointed

Very complicated to find the description of a pictures of tissue. No instructions to learn how this app works. For $15 a month I was expecting much more than this.

this app is so bad it just made me even more confused actually i couldn't even get it to let me see the answers because i needed to SIGHN IN!!!I defiantly positively do not recommended this app!!😣😣

So overpriced for function

On the off chance they have the correct question 25% of the time the answer is wrong. The ask a question function I dislike bc the people answering hardly answer correctly. It has only worked 50% of the time for me and their work usually makes no sense.

Rest password every time I open the app

This is the third time I reset my password this week. It's crazy. I already have this device registered, why the f you need me reset pw everytime I open it!!! Very annoying!!! No problem with my laptop device, but phone app.. You need to fix it!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

They are very unprofessional. I had reached out to them to cancel my subscription, a month letter I'm just randomly checking my bank account. They were still taking money out which I don't understand why if they said it was canceled. They lied!
