I love chime bank other than my account being able to be compromised after telling customer service that I was dealing with identity theft issues and someone being able to steal 807 $ from my account they said they offer protection credit for the payments but denied my claim after I have submitted proof and evidence of the issue I had asked them to please watch my account so I did not loose my money and to lock it to the secure email I provided and they still let them compromise my acc and tax

I woild give Chime 5 stars if not for the fact it refuses to allow me to connect my other bank card. It'll allow me to connect via bank account, but not card. Very frustrating, because now I have to wait 5 to 7 days for my money to transfer instead of transferring immediately.

This is the worst so-called bank that I have ever seen in my life. Don't sign up for it. Chime caused me to overdraft at my primary bank and I am going to close the account. I had NUMBER_REMOVED dollars in Chime and when I tried to transfer money to my primary bank, they said I had to activate the debit card which I had no intention of using. Then when I activated the card and tried to use I was told the card was not activated. I will never trust them again. They caused me to overdraft my bank

Only giving 2/5 because up until early this year the app was nothing but amazing. I got locked out of my account randomly at 3am ,when I hadn't made any transactions for hours. They said I had suspicious activity,but when I confirmed all transactions,they still couldn't unlock my account, and said I had to confirm my identity several different ways. I finally gave up

Can't log in, NAME_REMOVED had to do that damn pig standing straight up abt 10 times. And you want me to use direct deposit, I don't think so. I can't even log in. I re given you guys all my info abt 10 times, still can't log in. Don't make go back to cash app. They give your money away, then you have to fight to get it back. They have it set up where ppl can hack your account very easily. I've had 3 different cards, all online purchases friar I am disputing. Now can som1 help me log in?
