Why doesn't my initial $500 deposit appear ? Isn't that still MY money? Or does Citizens believe that that is theirs?

Mobile deposit stinks. No problems with my other bank mobile apps, but the Citizens app has had problems. Last time was photos of check were denied...it asked me to retake photos and I tried, but it wouldn't let me. After a couple of tries I noticed it changed to front check photo to the back check photo. I'm looking to dump Citizens Bank. Between this and other issues, I'm disappointed. Also don't like that I can't deposit a check into my HELOC account.

Very, VERY glitchy. Even with cookie settings you pretty much start over every time you open it, forget in enrolling anything properly and good luck at a local branch.
