Needs alot of work. The valuing is extremely bad on alot of cards, manual card searching is overly complicated when you have to search by year/player/sport option. The last complaint I'll post about is that after you scan the card, and the app pops up with the wrong description of your card, and you go back to correct it, it doesn't accept the correction most of the time. The only reason I use this app, is just so I have a record of my collection

Inaccurate pricing
I really like this app with one major exception. The value of cards is inaccurate. The data pulled for card values is often old and there is more up to date data available. Additionally, it may show card value, last sold price or avg for a selected grade and you can not toggle between those so you can have a standard way of logging info for your collection. Ultimately this is a great way of cataloging you collection jus be aware your collection value will not be as accurate as it should be. Mayne add a way for you to input card value and source if a discrepancy is found vs just being able to send a report to the company.

Quickly scanning in cards is nice. Having the app auto populate 5 different versions of the card, but not the version you have, is annoying as you need to search to find it instead of just swiping through versions. App freezes and closes occasionally. The price estimates are BS. It will say a card I have is worth $205 because apparently the most recent eBay sale had that price, but you can find the card for $1.50 right now.

Horrible app
I tried making it work. It didn't recognize more than half the cards I entered. Even when it said it had a match, the wrong card would show. I spent way too much time on this and finally deleted the app.

No export feature
It will scan with about 3/4 accuracy. The pricing capabilities seem to be unreliable. Most unfortunate, is that one you have spent hours adding your collection to the app, that is where it lives. You can export it in any way. Would be the best app in the world if it connected with an actual selling platform like eBay. eBay should by this app.

Lol. It doesn't even work. Can't even get past the introductory screens to create an account. I mean how hard can it be to get the most basic functions of your app to work?

Freezes
Freezes after photo is taken. Only app on phone that is not working.
CollX: Sports Card Scanner - Product Description
CollX (pronounced “collects”) answers the question every collector has: “What’s it worth?” The app lets you scan any baseball, football, basketball, hockey, soccer, or wrestling card and instantly identify it and get the average market value. Once you’ve scanned your cards, add them to your collection and track your portfolio. Best of all, you can follow other users, message them, trade, buy and sell.

COLLX CARD SCANNER

Our deep-learning models were created by a team with 10+ years experience developing image recognition for everyone from The Home Depot to Tommy Hilfiger to SnipSnap. In addition to being able to match most RAW cards, CollX will also identify graded cards with barcodes, as well as parallel and reprint versions of cards.

CollX uses millions of historical auction prices to calculate a card’s average value. As you add cards to your collection, you’ll see your overall portfolio value grow. Set conditions or grades on your cards and get more accurate prices. As your cards rise or fall in value, CollX helps you track both individual card values and your overall portfolio value.
