Really bad app. Freezes a lot, shopping cart empties out for no reason, choppy scrolling, search is a mess. Costco needs to invest more in the app.

Worst app!
Digital membership card now doesn't work. Even when it worked, only one card can be linked with the app, even though we have 2 cards for our household, meaning this app is useless for one of us. It also won't remember my home store—forcing me to reset it every. single. time. Why even have an app at all, if you're not going to make it workable and useful for your customers? Sigh.

Interact Verification doesn’t work
Tried from app (SEVERAL Times) and even from desktop and the membership verification trough Interact doesn't work. I'm able to to all the verification steps then the app requires again and again and again. Need to be fixed asap! The only value about the app is having the transactions records on it and without verification I can't see them anymore.

Appalling: identity verification goes around in circles, lags and comes back to the same identity question. First of all, why do you have to go through our financial institution to identify yourself? Please Costco, you should be better than this to develop an app?

Still doesn’t work at gas!!!!
This app has been pushed hard to Costco members only for it to not work at the gas pumps which most members come weekly to get gas as opposed to maybe wants to twice a month to get groceries. I find it a huge inconvenience for members that rely on the digital membership or miss placed their card. this app is 3 1/2 years old and still does not have this basic feature when will the company get on top of this and make it happen?!?!

This app has been broken for quite some time now even after many supposed bug fixes. Most times I try to search using a keyword such as a brand name the page just spins momentarily and just stays on the homepage. Hire a developer that actually knows what they are doing.
