I've been a customer for many years. Why do I have to wait to verify a second bank account? I haven't had to do this with other cards to pay them.

The app signs you out after about 30 seconds then you have to log in again. I don't dare call customer service after all the absolutely horrible experiences I've had with them. I hope they get their act together all the way around.

I hate the maintenance time outs then the other time outs then it takes forever to post payments... This at one time was my favorite card...

Both mobile app and website are down. I know it's Sunday but someone needs to fix this.

It does not allow payments to go through, whether it is instant or via bank account. It will not allow me to even put in the bank name. It allows debit card info to be put in, but then does not let it go through. It also keeps timing out and making me login again. The regular website is just as glitchy. It wastes so much time.
