A friend sent me a gift. I had to download the app then when I tried to redeem the gift it wouldn't work. The app is not user friendly and didn't work for me

Glitched info
I used the app to order from Costa Mesa location, using “curbside”. The order process and purchase went smoothly, and I received the right order/. However, the bakers were not aware that I selected curbside service. Either they no longer offer it at this location, or the app did not tell them. I wasted 5 min in a hot car during rush hour waiting for an order that would never be delivered. This issue needs to be fixed.

overall works as expected but sometimes glitchy for example the app completes the order but the store hasn't received it. oh also it's like having a sugar drug dealer in my pocket... so booo

Very deceiving. They advertise that catering mini cookies cost $0.98, but they really cost $1.50. They also advertise you need at least 10 flavors of each cookie, but in the app you have to have a minimum of 100 cookies per flavor.

Love the cookies, not happy with app
When I try to find a store and I look on the map and tap a location I am interested in, every time I get an address for a different one- and many times for a location out of the state I was looking in. Also, my birthday bonus cookie came late and I missed it since it wasn't there by my birthday.

Not very friendly
I went to pick up a order I had placed and when I walked in not one person greeted me. They were all to busy talking. I had two people ahead of me so I knew it would be a minute. When the 2nd person was done picking up the order the girl looked and me and never smiled or said someone will be with you. The other girl working the front looked over and having a conversation with the other staff and finally said have you been helped? I said no she walked over gave me my order no other conversation. It's funny because my next stop was nothing but Bundt cake and they had a store full! When I walked in the lady told me right away we will be with you. They were a lot more people waiting too! Just a different environment! I will be taking my business there. Treated better for less staff working and more people to help. Btw there were prob 10 employees at crumble to the 3 at the Bundt cake place!

Twice it has added a tip without my choosing
I have ordered three times with the app, and twice it has added a $3 tip to te order. WTH?! I can read, and I choose to not tip for a counter service where they move a cookie from a tray to a box. Sorry, the over tipping that goes on in the country is out of control and this is meant to be a Jon for teens, not grown ups. Back to the tip… calling them out on it, I had to contact the store where the yong folks act as though they have never heard of this happening, yet if you research it, it happens, it seems, quite a bit. So i am now going to for go using their app, and perhaps their business. We only get these as a special occasion to begin with, they are good, but $4 a cookie is a bit much, and homemade is better.
