I did love this app it was wonderful but now it's locked me out and customer service won't get back to me and so it's lucky to get one star if I can give it less I would I've been waiting for a week for customer service to get back to me because they said I have multiple accounts which I don't but they won't get back to me to prove it so I give this app negative five stars

I redeemed to PayPal and it was canceled and my points were not returned. I can't talk to a real person to find out why my redemption got canceled and why I didn't get those points back. Very unhappy

I was denied a $50 gift card-because of a problem in the app, not my doing. No compensation. Screwed up christmas.. Now my points for a $20 gift card are gone!! Very doubtful I will be compensated.
