Arrived cold moreover lacked a sandwich from 8, 50 € that after verification I had also paid. I tried to call support but of course no one answers. Moral of the fairytale dinner ruined, I spent more than I should and moreover zero assistance.

Not very happy with selection of restaurants I can order from. I can order from my town center but I am limited to what I can get. I can order from a place in town what is a further distance to other restaurants I like in my town what I don't have no option for? Also last time I was in town there was so many deliveryroo drivers sitting around doing nowt so you losing out on money cause of this issue. If you can deliver from more or less center of town there is no issue to delivery other places.

You order from the deliveroo app, when the restaurant doesn't deliver your order it's my fault because I ordered from a restaurant which delivers itself.

I just placed an order with the kfc app and deliveroo was bring my food. But my food never came. So I called customer services and they have me a refund which is good but the worst part was when I was told that the delivery man had come to my house but I was outside for about 30 minutes waiting and no one came and no one knocked on my door.
