TERRIBLE AND RUINED MY MONTH OF CONCERTS
This app decided to ban me. Why? We'll because buying two tickets each show for me and my girlfriend was against the rules. I guess I don't know because they never told me why I was actually banned. The customer service is terrible they took days to repond and when they did they were totally useless. I lost all my tickets for sold out shows that now I can't go to because of them or choose to gamble and wait for the waiting list using my girlfriend profile. Unless they ban her for buying two tickets too. Pathetic app.

Forced to use
There's not much I hate more than being forced to install an app and share my personal information not unnecessary for the transaction in order to buy a ticket to a show I want to see. F u c k you. Venue's gonna hear about it.

Nothing is wrong with this app. Inactive ticket resale. Notifications that bring back nothing. And no notifications when you pre-book seats, result the seats are already sold. Brief nuuuuuulle

Not working
On iPhone it does not work, it does neither sign up nor log in, it keeps coming out written "Something went wrong. Please contact support, or try again"

Trash app
U cannot buy a few tickets because they gonna think is suspicious and close your account without notification, this is so wrong ppl be wasting time and money thru this app. I don't recommend anymore

It seems absurd to me that I have to download an app to get the tickets I paid, and the other people I bought them for should also download it. It seems to me just a pretext to violate our privacy and do data collection. I will uninstall the app as soon as I enter the show I bought.

I should be able to download the tickets at the time of purchase, and not have this app on the mobile foolishly occupying space on the mobile until within 8 months that the concert is. A total gilipoyez. The next time you buy some tickets here, I will not buy them directly
