Unusable app
I changed phone and now, when entering the phone number to restore the account, they tell me that there is an error. I also tried with another phone number but nothing. It's last week I also bought a package. Really bad.

No-go zones
Hired a scooter right next to a no throttle zone (Hyde park). I had no idea I couldn't go through it and there was no warning I couldn't until I tried to. I ended up having to go all the way round and it took me longer to get home than walking and I paid £5 for the privilege. They knew I was a first time user in London - they should have warned me there are places I can't go. A rubbish experience

Very convenient for city trips without public transport, nevertheless the location system sometimes limits the speed while the scooter is only close and not in a limited speed zone

Da ormai due settimane non posso usare l'applicazione, quando la apro rimane bloccata in caricamento ed è inutilizzabile. Non mostra nemmeno i monopattini nei dintorni, solo la mappa vuota It's been two weeks since the last time I could use it. It's stuck on loading and it doesn't even show the vehicles around me, just the empty map
