Updated app now useless
I just updated the app because it wouldn't let me use it otherwise. After I couldn't load money, get it scanned etc. i deleted and reinstalled and Now I can't login, can't request new password, nothing. The store said this was not the first experience of this today. In fact they lost count. Fix please

Point redemption issue
This review is not about any of the Dutch bros. establishments. This is regarding the app and the reward system that is in place. Something I liked about the stamp cards was that you were able to redeem the points at any time without expiration. This was beneficial to me since I don't go to Dutch frequently. With the new digital reward system, the points earned have an expiration date that is not accessible to know. Other than them expiring 6 months after being earned. I do not like that the points expire and it discourages me from purchasing from Dutch bros because my points will go away anyway. I suggest either revising the system so that points don't expire, and/or enable a feature to view when certain points will expire (not just when they have already expired, which I'm referring to account history).

dutch bros is the only app i have that doesn't let me order ahead and usually the lines here take forevvvvvver because there's no drive thru box. sometimes there are ppl outside but most of the time not :(

This app is reading all the data on my phone. This should not be allowed. You need to remove these anti consumer part of your apps. You don't need to see the files or apps on my phone. (7007) If you care about your privacy delete this app. I'm just now realizing and it's crazy this level of permission is granted without user permission.
