App doesn’t refresh
Since the app never refreshes and always shows that there is no internet nor any online eeros we can't use it to manage or do anything. No amount of restarted the app or phone works to get it to refresh. Logging in an out doesn't work. Even tried getting a different phone, downloading the app, logging in, that didn't work either. Worthless.

Freezes
It's a great idea, pretty good execution, the problem I didn't expect to happen is in case you have used the Pause Wi-Fi option for e.g. on PC and the app goes down, you don't have Wi-Fi access on your device up until the app is fixed. When you call Hotwire about the problem, you will get I am sorry the team is working on it, but no idea when the issue will be resolved (with attitude). Well if that's a PC you are using for work and/or writing a paper, it is a bad situation.

The 1st day I thought this app is quite good. Then the next day everything has changed. Can't see any connected devices, telling me I need to pay to access better features. I mean I got the router I should be able to do what I want with it.

Was working fine until this morning. Now the app shows nothing is connected even though I have over 30 devices on the network and they are working fine.

Garbage app. Network is functioning just fine, all devices responding as expected. I open the app to check an IP..."You haven't added a device yet." Well, yes I have; nearly 100 of them, and I'm not re-adding them one by one just because some useless app can't see them. Network scanner found what I wanted, and this POS can remain ignorant of all device existence forever, for all I care.

Appalling app. Got eero through a Youfibre installation, and the app had me reverting to my old WiFi router within minutes. Would not update router software. Would not save WiFi name and password changes. Never gave me errors, just didn't do anything. Was unable to even test on iOS as it would not accept any of the SMS codes sent. Uninstalled. Router might have given good service but as I couldn't reconfigure it with such a poor app, it's back in the box waiting for when we need to return it.

Basic functionality missing
I like the app but it is missing the most basic functionality, i.e. the option to simply delete a device. In this day and age households have dozens of wifi devices and keep changing them. The list of “obsolete” devices is ever growing, clogging up the app and making “maintenance” virtually impossible. It's such a basic admin tool that I cannot understand how this has still not been added. Do existing users' needs not count?
