On 19 January 2023, I bought a repchi ticket, since then nothing has been reported, and I can't go to their site where my booking is broken, so now I don't know if I'm registered or not!

Increasing prices at last moment
I bought my ticket for $131 and three days later they increased the price for $200 they canceled my ticket saying I didn't pay all the amount. I tried to contact them and it was impossible. They are scamming people, zero communication and they just waste your time, DONT EVER BOOK WITH THEM.

Lousy app, I haven't been sent the booking code (I've been sent a cartload of irrelevant codes, except for the most important one). You make a vow to find customer service for a simple query

Scam
They processed my payments as pending and split it into two transactions. I waited a week to get a confirmation that the payment was accepted. One of the two payments went through and the other just completely fell off my bank statement. I never received a confirmation that my flight was confirmed. There is no way to talk to anyone there about what's going on. I contacted my bank and reported these guys as fraud
