It's just dire. Created an account but that's not recognised, password reset done and yet still nothing works. P*** poor app and website.

Following recent “upgrades they removed points share and claim missing points both of which were excellent features and worked well now temporarily unavailable since January hope this isn't a sign of things to come with Thalys merger.

My account and my bookings are no longer connected. Any new bookings I do when I'm logged in isn't attached to my account. My saved payment method is not used. What did they do? I book every week, this is super annoying to manually do everything.

Good app but can’t connect to your bookings without you entering references
So ultimately a kind of pointless app but it works fine 😀
