Not so great!
They advertised free Tesla charging promo! They only offer $0 monthly fee for 3 months, but electricity rates are actually more expensive than most Tesla superchargers! Plus you need an adapter to connect with CCS chargers!

App does not even show chargers on the map
Even when all filters are removed, no charger shows up on the map. Useless

Database unavailable. Can't find charger location, then can find them a second later. Can't see pricing. Now I'm charging and app says Charge Complete when it clearly isn't. Unreliable app, just the like the unreliable chargers themselves.

WORTHLESS
UPDATES NEARLY EVERY WEEK! This app does NOTHING to encourage people to migrate away from ICE vehicles. Since installing this app more than a year ago IT CAN'T FIND A SINGLE charging station in my entire state. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still WILL NOT SHOW A SINGLE CHARGING STATION. Why not SHOW HOTELS that offer charging for guests? Why not SHOW SHOPPING CENTERS, RESTAURANTS, DRUG STORES offering charging stations for customers. Why not give up on ELECTRIC VEHICLES and go back to ICE vehicles so you can EASILY fill up at a corner gas station?

Please use evgo if you like wasting your time
When I first got an ev in 2018 I recommended evgo to everyone. Now I tell everyone to avoid evgo as much as possible. The chargers never work on the first try. I can only charge my car if I do it through the website. The app doesn't work. The evgo card doesn't work. The auto charge when I plug in doesn't work. It is so frustrating.

Turn off points of interest
Shows points of interest. Could care less. Want to see charging stations. Cannot find a place in app to turn off points of interest. I am signed in do a search for ev station shows California. Not in California. Having same as above. Updated several times. Charging stations becoming unreliable. Pay a monthly fee whether I use or not. Should have a charging station that works.
