No way to contact company.
No phone number. Texting virtual assistant not effective. No way to put meals on hold or change to zero meals even one week. They love having freedom to charge your CC and no way to cancel. My fridge is full of meals that I can't eat before they go bad, about 5 days max. Meals have been very good overall though.

Improving!
I could give one more star if they didn't deliver so late sometimes; Around 9-10pm. Some people put their children to bed by 8. The last delivery service missed orders all the time, but I haven't missed one in almost a year so they are making improvements!

Worst customer service - recalls for plastic fragment contamination
I was a loyal customer to factor for 10 weeks. On my 10th week, I forgot to update my meals and so I reached out to Customer Service for the first time. This woman told me she could change my meals and once she did the app updated. Come the next week, my delivery had the wrong amount of meals (7 instead of 8), only 2 meals I actually wanted and 4 of the 7 meals I received were part of a recall for plastic contamination. My order was $109. I haven spent over 2hrs on the phone or waiting to talk to customer service and the best they can do is offer me $54 refund and $15 credit to my next order. I was told a customer service supervisor would call me back and never did. So unacceptable. Do not recommend.

Missing meals
I've been missing meals in 3 different orders recently. It's difficult to contact Factor to let them know I'm missing meals & it's not very clear how I'm being refunded. This weeks box was missing 1 meal, I was told I'm being refunded but I don't know how or when.

First order shorted six meals. Called and waited on hold for an hour to be told I would get a callback and the agent couldn't help. Still no callback, no refund, and most importantly, no food. So this makes it tough if you want to use the service for regulating a diet. Not worth it. Look elsewhere!

Not worth your time or money
Customer Support is shockingly bad. If you plan on using this for work, think twice. CS wouldn't cancel my order or change my destination and the order hadn't even shipped. Will not be reordering.

really helpful when selecting my meals however the only thing I would like to see added is the detailed list of ingredients that's on the website under the description of the meal. I'm corn syrup intolerant so it's extremely important for me to be able to read ingredient lists. I'd give it five stars if they add the detailed ingredient list to this app.
