I had a situation occur where I showed up to the movie that I have gotten tickets for and then projector was not working. I was told by AMC theaters that Fandango have been refunded the money. I contacted Fandango that same day to be told that my money would be returned to me within 3 business days. After the three business days came and went I called Fandango and they said that it would take 5 to 7 more business days to get my money. I waited 15 business days before I finally contacted my bank

Love the wallet integration, saved passwords don’t load
Overall an OK experience, I would've preferred to sign up with Apple instead of using a normal sign up. It was slightly inconvenient that when I try to use auto fill on my password, the app went back to the loading screen in the password never prefilled.

Cant use gift Card along with VIP
You cannot use your giftcard and vip+ reward at same time, beware when redeeming it or buy giftcards
