Things have always arrived super well and on time. It gives me confidence the locks they have on luxury goods vs piracy. The only bad thing is the application and not all of it.

Bad delivery service!!! I bought a shorts for carnival, more so far nothing, and worse is that it is giving as delivered merchandise! 🤦🏼 ♂️ Now I have to chase my injury.

They change the price of the items after you have paid them and they give you your money back in two weeks and during all that time, you can not buy anything

Terrible Experience
I purchased a bag on sale and it sat idling on ‘processing order' for a few days and in the meantime the bag went back to full price. Then my funds were refunded stating no stock available and when I checked it was back on the page on sale. I called and we redid it and I was told of the dates to expect delivery and two days later the same thing happened again. Their systems apparently are not live and don't sync therefore you're more than likely no sure if you'll get the item. Very disappointed!

Refund refused
Ordered a few pairs of boots that were delivered in a broken package. I sent them back and Farfetch refused to refund me.

Two orders canceled— they took my money.
I ordered a pair of Versace earrings. The first time I ordered them they took the money out and then sent a confirmation number. A few minutes later I received an emailed saying the order had been canceled due to payments details? Not sure what that meant because I had the money sent back to me. Ok so I transferred the money to my bank card. They sent me a confirmation for my purchase. Told me the order would arrive in a few days. I get back in the app to see what the stats were on my order and it says it's been canceled. Nobody sent me a cancellation email and my money was never returned to me. I spoke with someone and she is saying that she doesn't know where my money was. Today I also tried purchasing some Jimmy Choo shoes. I've had to place the order THREE times. The 3rd one has seemed to work and says I will receive the tracking number in 2 days. Keep in mind my money is taken. This makes no sense to me at all. This app is trash and the customer support is trash.

Some details are missing for the 5 star
Small things would need to be improved Es greater support for sizes Es possibility to use loyalty benefits (see birthday and others) on all sales and not only on those at full price. Eg free shipping if nothing else above a certain amount spent In short, small details that many other online stores do and that at these levels make the difference

Messy interface
Having an obtrusive “complete the look” button in the way is not going to help anyone buy something. I want to see what I'm buying and not your damned button!
