I only use this app once or twice a year. Because that's how often I order musical equipment that requires FedEx to deliver it. Each time for the past 4 years, you boot me out of my account and force me to literally completely change my password because it's the first time I've logged in since last January. It's my stuff, my delivery, my house, my account...leave it be. My password is saved on authenticator. Stop micromanaging my account.

Packages not left in correct spot
I have a clear note on my porch that says to leave packages to the side gate. But they were left on the porch very visible. People steal things all the time.

Apparently the app doesn't open. It's just a pretty icon on your phone. It's completely useless and I have to go online anyway. The review wants us to "tell us more," but it's impossible know what you can do in it or if it looks good visually when all you get is a white screen with the "thinking" circle forever. Maybe if the app opened/worked we'd be able to provide useful reviews.

Waste of Time
Their tracking is so unreliable. You're better off just crossing your fingers and hoping your packers arrives I damaged. Even when it is out for delivery, we only receive our packages about half the time.

The app has a lot of issues. You can get into the app without problem and the next time, you cannot get into the app without uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app.

Today is 3/5. The app is still sending me notifications today that my delivery is on time rescheduled for 3/4. Anyone see the problem. I know that things happen that make deliveries late. I understand that. What I don't get is how a major corporation like FedEx can provide an app that doesn't provide accurate info. It's the biggest job the app has. If this was a one off I would give the benefit of doubt. This has happened with the last 2 pkgs along with others before. Fix your app please.

I set up a shipment through the app and it gave me a qr code for a shipping label. I walked to Walgreens, they asked for the qr code, and now there's nothing in my history in the app. As far as I can tell there's no way to get a qr code without going through the whole thing again, though you've emailed me the shipping label and put a hold on my debit card for the original transaction. Thanks for wasting my afternoon!
