Have used the app for years now but the two most recent updates have been absolute garbage. It only recognizes my password or fingerprint a quarter of the time. If I go to the website, no issues. Go back to the old version please.

The app was great before they changed it. Still seemed to work before the February update. Now it won't open most the time and I have to keep reinstalling. It's really frustrating.

Terrible new update
Why fix what isn't broken? The new update is just plain trash. Its slower now. A lot slower. Just over all garbage. The original back was fast and smooth.

The app was great then the update came. Now the app is constantly freezing or not letting me in. They also got rid of the quicker view to see your account totals. Not a good app anymore.

The last update got rid of the color coding for returns for no apparent reason. Meaning instead of a quick glance at your purchases to see a return, you have to dig through each and every one to figure out which was a return. This seems so simple and obvious I have no idea what they were thinking.

Horrible!! I have to continue to have to update/download to break into this app! I just did it yesterday 03/04/23 and now I'm having problems with it again!! It's making it impossible to use my Zelle account!!! Not happy at all!!!

This new "update" has destroyed this app!!! Log in fails about 80% of the time, password is entered correctly but app will not accept it. Leaving deposits and charges in the same color scheme is extremely frustrating. It just keeps getting worse! Everyday there seems to be a new issue with it. We're just about ready to close all of our accounts and completely switch banks. What a mess.
