It’s ok
The WiFi router provided by Verizon is weaker than the previous one from Verizon. You can't watch many shows on a device bc of restrictions through and with Verizon Fios. Internet is not nearly as fast as claimed. They give the usual excuses for this. Can't adjust the size of onscreen menus and text for reading further away. The new format in the app makes it harder to find channels and programs.

Disappointed
I do not like the new app. I don't like how during football season I had to download the fox sports app and then put in my tv provider to watch channel 5.

Go back to old App
Not a user friendly app … search button does not pull up shows correctly. Hard to set DVR on app

It still sucks. App shows me the message "I'm not at home" while sitting in my family room - on all my devices. Which means I'm blocked from watching certain channels. Also, you need to add back the feature to select the channel you would like to watch without having to scroll through the 600 or more channels.

new layout stinks, nobody wants the weather channel opening up immediately when I click 'on now', I don't want anything to open up when I open the app

Latest version is terrible
The previous version worked adequately enough, and was fairly intuitive. This updated version is terrible. It does not recognize subscribed premium channels, and tells me I have to subscribe from the set-top or the Verizon website. So I can't schedule programs to record from the app. The what's-on tab is difficult to navigate to different times. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The manage DVR button must use a single pixel to be activated – I usually have to tap it 10 or more times to make it work. Was this even beta tested before release?

getting errors. can't manage dvr. and other times it says I have to be in the same network as dvd which defeats the point in my mind

App keeps telling me I'm out of home and I can't watch what I want. Tired if paying so much money for all the frustration. I'll be canceling

They've actually made it more difficult to use.
