Meters not working
This is the fourth time I try to use the meters in Dc on 18th street and California and they aren't working. It took my credit cards payment but didn't produce a receipt. Yesterday, there were 3 people in line after me who tried as well and same issue. Are you going to reimburse me for the parking tickets?

Horrible app
I am logged in and paid for parking with credentials saved. People don't realize there is an extra step to purchase. All of a sudden I need to log in again and it won't accept my credentials. No email to reset password even tho I received the email that I paid. No notification that time expired. Terrible app!

Cant park multiple
Forced to use this app which takes a fee for itself rather than paying a park employee. Standing around with a line with people spending more time using this app than a proper pay station or employee. Unable to park multiple cars in the same lot under one account or not marked clearly how. Old system worked way better, more funds kept in the city.

Way too complicated gave up after 15 minutes
This app is way too complicated, asking for codes and zones and still not working. Just pay at the machine. It is cheaper anyway.

Despite several reminders, I have never been able to obtain invoices corresponding to the amounts debited, and this, since the start. PayByPhone worked so much better!
