Checked bags
My bags are getting destroyed during travel. They really don't care how much your paying for luggage and the bags claims is a mess and will do everything they can not pay for damaged luggage. 🙄

Absolutely awful. The app froze and I had to unstall it to regain control of my phone. How is an app like this allowed to be in the Google Play Store?

Cant change seats on uour app or website long wait on phone
Im not able to change seat on your website or app & i think it might be because it was booked over hotwire.com as it says seat will be assigned at gate which by then all good seats will be sold out. Now on the phone and i cant get hold of anyone after long long waits Will not pick Delta on my next flight when purchasing from third party

This app used to be solid and reliable. Lately I'm lucky if it shows me the boarding pass at all. Sometimes it will show it briefly and then decide I need to go back and check in. Works better on iPhone. I've gone back to paper.

A once useful app had gone to crap…
As a very frequent flier who needs the ability to switch flights, the app no longer can execute this once working feature. Guess I'll just call and contribute to jamming up the always awful phone lines.

Lousy app
By far the worst airline app I've ever seen in vidaaaa. The login never works, every time I need to connect I have to resisure the password, in addition to what never finds the Flight and never at any time can I check in it. Lousy

Worst Experience Ever
I have traveled to Los Angeles from Memphis since April 2022 for a healthcare assignment. Unfortunately, other carriers, even Frontier and Allegiant, have resolved issues faster. I'm not sure why the efficiency is subpar. However, I will rate you the same until you live up to the brand you promote.

Not possible to take a picture of the passport. Information put in disappear on a review page. Need to reinput information. Not possible to change seats.
