No real time customer service and found somehow linked to non business accounts, like personal venmo, that I NEVER added and is incorrectly categorizing capital. The exact opposite of what I need.

Let me start I am retired USMC I loved found my veteran service dog a full blooded Belgian. Malinios was poisoned we took her to the vet and the vet would not accept found de it card so I moved money out of my found account to my wife's cash app to pay to try and save a united States marine I guess I had other things on my mind as to call the bank and ask permission to sendy money they froze my account I could not pay anything else do to found my friend and veteran passed away

Why?
This app works fine for a while then will not open no matter what. If I update my phone or have excellent service it doesnt matter. This is ridiculous!!!!

Card activation
This is sad how I'm just now being able to activate my card that I been sent money to last week and now that I'm able to log in it's frozen so I will be calling you all again or sending my money back to my account .!

Do not use this app for business
I had found for two months. Used the same transactions and they closed my account. They asked a book of questions about “fraud” activity. I never acted in fraud activity. This bank is a hoax and they want you to run your business expenses like they think you should. Ehh. Definitely not!

I put $60 on my phone card last night and woke up this morning my balance was exactly 0 after they said they were gonna keep $11 off to hold aside for taxes they took I called them there's nobody but It's just an answer a machine that you could barely understand it doesn't make any sense there's no customer service or anything they're in California I'm tracking them down right now I'm calling the trade commission they're gonna give me m Is money machine it doesn't make any sense in California

Is a bunch of BS these people close my account . They said suspicious activity yet they won't even tell me what the activity was. Then they're going to hold my money hostage for a month before they transfer it,telling me that they clearly wouldn't accept any more deposits after the day they froze my account.For , 4 or fivedays my refunded deposits sat not processed .suddenly when I try to get it back from the company that sent it found accepted it and holds my deposit it in my account froze!
