Hot garbage. On a good day it freezes during every commercial break. Last couple of days it won't let us view anything. The world would be a better place without Bally Sports. Update: 1 year later it's still hot gargbage.

Please do the world a favor and burn this app to the ground. How is it possible to make such a bad app? Constantly crashes. Constantly freezes. Constantly logs me out. Disgusting excuse of a company. Worse app ever created

I have spent 45 days emailing with support because they have no phone number. They keep telling me that I don't have their channel in my service even though I have sent pictures of it on my TV to prove that I do. They say the error messages must be my provider's problem. My provider has spoken to me and the watch TV everywhere provider verifying that everything on their end is correct. Bally just keeps emailing and pushing blame. Worst support ever. App doesnt display live programs.

Disappointing
App is terrible and slow. Even with a subscription it may not allow you watch the games so you essentially pay for nothing.

App always has zip code issues
Every time I tune into a game. It tells me that Iâm outside of my zip code. I refresh my zip code and it still telling me to manage my zip code. Then the agent tells me to restart my router. Then log out then log back in, Then uninstall the app the reinstall app. By this time the game is half way through the 2nd qtr. Its the same issue every time. At the end of the chat with the agent, he tells me you not responding. I answer Iâm here waiting for the app to reinstall, and now I have to log back. But still response that he has other customers to service. My issue has not been resolved by then. That was no help.

I did the trial, but I can't find where to cancel it and it is about to hit my card. The app doesn't have a way to do it and when I sign in online it says you have to do it where you signed up, which is in the app. Other apps I have tried make it easy to cancel. This one is trying to take my $.

Continual issues while streaming games. Works up till the end last period of games. Always have issues with Bally on IOS, Android, and xbox.
